1. What we collect

When you create an account or book an appointment we collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment details. If you use our dashboard we also store business information such as your studio name, address, team members, and service catalogue.

We automatically collect device and browser information, IP addresses, and usage analytics when you interact with our platform.

2. How we use it

We use your data to:

  • Process bookings and payments
  • Send appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Provide customer support
  • Improve our product and fix bugs
  • Send marketing emails (only with your consent)
  • Prevent fraud and abuse

We never sell your personal data. We never use your client lists to market competing services.

3. Data storage

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase) in data centres located in the EU and US. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

4. Third parties

We share data with the following processors, and only as needed:

  • Stripe— payment processing
  • Resend— transactional and marketing emails
  • Google Cloud / Firebase— hosting, database, authentication
  • Netlify— application hosting and edge delivery

Each processor is contractually bound to protect your data under terms at least as strict as this policy.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the UK or EU you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to processing or request restriction
  • Data portability — receive your data in a usable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time
