Partner agreement

Last updated: June 2026

1. Parties and scope

This Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the business entity using LavaBookings (“Business”) and the individual or entity accepting this agreement (“Partner” or “Introducer”). By accepting a partner invite and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Commission structure

Commission is earned on completed, paid bookings made by clients referred through the Partner’s unique referral link or code. The commission rate, type (percentage or flat fee), and scope (first booking, all bookings, or a fixed number of bookings) are set by the Business at the time of the invite and displayed in the Partner portal.

The Business may change the commission rate at any time, subject to a mandatory 7-day notice period. The Partner will be notified by email of any rate change, and the new rate takes effect only after the notice period expires.

3. Payouts

Commissions are batched and paid out monthly on the 1st of each month via Stripe Connect. The Partner must connect a valid Stripe account to receive payouts.

A minimum payout threshold of £50applies. If the Partner’s earned commissions are below this amount at payout time, the balance rolls into the next payout cycle.

Transfers typically take 1–2 working days to arrive after processing.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate this partnership at any time. On termination:

  • All commissions earned up to the termination date will be paid out in the next scheduled payout cycle.
  • The Partner’s referral link will be deactivated and no further commissions will accrue.
  • The minimum payout threshold still applies to the final settlement.

Outstanding earned commissions are still owedregardless of who initiates termination. Neither party may forfeit the other’s earned commissions.

5. Exclusivity and conduct

This agreement is non-exclusive. The Partner may participate in other referral or affiliate programmes. The Partner agrees not to misrepresent the Business, engage in spam or unsolicited marketing, or use deceptive practices to generate referrals.

6. Liability

The Business is not liable for service disputes between the referred client and the Business. The Partner’s role is limited to introducing clients. Commission is only earned on bookings that are completed and paid — cancelled or refunded bookings do not generate commission.

7. Data and privacy

The Partner will have access to referral activity data (click counts, conversion status, commission amounts) through their portal. The Partner agrees not to share client personal data obtained through the programme. Processing of personal data is governed by the LavaBookings Privacy Policy.

8. Amendments

LavaBookings may update these terms with 30 days’ notice via email. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
